At Tap East this week we've been brewing up a couple of old favourites, alongside a brand new recipe. In Fermentation Vessel One we have our famous Coffee In the Morning, a dark and smooth stout made with fresh ground coffee beans courtesy of our friends at "Grind". In FV2 this week we have Tonic Ale, our low strength big flavour hoppy pale ale. But it's in FV3 that we currently have our newest brew fermenting. A lime wheat beer, name TBC. Made with British wheat and lager malts, hopped with Slovenian Savinjski Golding hops, and fermented with traditional German wheat beer yeast. Not to forgot the addition of 3kg of limes and kaffir lime leaves to the two and half barrel brew. It's one not to be missed and it should be available at Tap East within the next month.
